Example; Say I already submitted www.example-domain.com/

If I submit www.example-domain.com/inner-page/ is the bookmarking sites going to accept it?

Yea if you submit a inner page or sub folder it won't be a problem, the sites will still accept it even if you have had your homepage or other subpages of your site added before as long as the actual URL (your inner page) is unique.

You can provide as many URLs as you want as long as you don't mind the same group of anchors all pointing towards any random URL. So if you're looking to blast your web 2.0's then it will work good but if you have 10 different sites in 10 different niches with 10 different keywords and you want 200 to each URL, we don't do that.
