Scrapebox is really good if you can learn how to use. My friend has it but its useless to him because he does not want to learn it. You can get SB for around $60.
 
Would Scrapebox be worthwhile for a total noob or is it for the more intermediate/advanced players?

In addition I have an extremely stupid questions (biggest noob ever here):

1)So Google can detect the spamming scrapebox does on your behalf and will subsequently freeze or penalize your account (is that what the one poster was referring to in regards to being in the 'sandbox'?) hence the need for good proxies?
