Any designer wanna make a quick buck?

My guy is on vacation and I need something done real quick...

Basically I need a CSS/javascript drop-down menu exactly like what you can find on the digg.com homepage where it says "Most Recent" and "All Stories".

The only gotcha is that it has to work in all modern browsers with a "4.01 Transitional" doctype declaration. Long story - don't even ask.

If you think you can do it, shoot me a PM. I need it ASAP and I'm willing to pay whatever is fair. I don't do design and it would take me forever to figure this out. Thanks!

I might try digging in to it again but I went down that rabbit hole and wasted a bunch of time and couldn't get it working. Maybe the doctype issue I don't know.
