Wan got back to me quickly and had my report over in a nice Excel sheet. All the pages looked good, the comments were nice, and surprisingly they weren't spammed to death, which is common with a lot of this stuff. I had a few comments on the same domains, but because of the PR I don't really care to be honest.

As promised above, I received the report after a few hours. Mine is BRONZE package with discounts. Very happy with the results. I even received 7 extra links. As I observed that lately the average market price for High-PR blog commenting is more or less around $1 a pop, to received extras is definitely something that you value. And as advertised, the comments links were indeed posted on page with page rank (Not Domain’s PR). One minor complaint, you might want to re-check and update your existing PR record as 1 or 2 of the links inside the final report provided is a bit off (page has PR4 instead of PR5 for example) but easily covered by the extras. Thumbs up and an iTrader due to the excellent communication and services.
 
I recently bought the review package (currently half price at $5) here is my review

Speed and communication: 5/5 - Answered any questions very quickly and the links were done in 24hrs, and a detailed report with PR and OBL numbers was provided

Quality of links: 4/5 - All links were on high pr pages with low medium OBL. (Average OBL form 50-70 with the lowest at 25 and highest at about 80). The comments were absolutely excellent and non spammy, even in foreign language on one (but keyword still in english). There were a few spammy comments from other posters but that can't be helped.

Value for money: 5/5 - SEO_Wan overdelivered with the link numbers and the price was a special offer of half price, but even at full price this service is a bargain!

SERP movement: I used this a few days ago on a new site that only had a press release campaign and the odd profile link and so on, but no high pr links, and today moved from not in the top 1000 to 76! There will probably be some google dancing but I am very impressed as my keyword is quite competitive - 382,000 results in quotes.

I will order more!
