As a new web hosting company I know that competing against larger companies such as godaddy.com is pretty much a given loss. I also feel like every company starts from the ground up and growth comes along.

What are some of the key features you look for in hosting? Since im new with very little clients I have been offering free sites to get them started.

I don't have croweded servers so networking issues arent a problem as of right now which is an A+. Also being such a new company this allows me to give clients 100% of the attention they need with support.

Prices are reasonable and affordable! I've been legitly trying to figure out ways to reach to potential clients more. Adsense could possibly work, but how many people will actually see this?

I'm definitely wanting to know what you all look for in a web hosting company therefore I can better my own to suit what people want and need.

For me customer support is essential. I prefer hosts with a live chat system so I can raise an issue and get an immediate response. In addition excellent uptime is also a must.

thats great that you have start bc jum in to industry is important mate just stick to it and do seo stuff and permotion... As i am also moving toward this side As you ask about me i we have choosen a best server from Data center with Cpanel.. a good theme ... then coming toward support as in start we have limited sites to give support..

key point that i think matter
>> give theme decent support via mail
>> dont overload your server means 200-500 websites are cool with dedicated server
>> keep update about new features
>> give them time

Unlimited disk space and bandwidth is becoming standard among web hosts. And make sure 99.9% uptime is offered for reliability. It also depends on what you're going to need the host for and What kind of website will you be making..

I always look for one thats a drive away from where I live. If it gets serious, I drive down, whip their asses and return back to see my sites up.
