People should overly comply with this. Let's see some massive lists of names or other contact information published, then just wait for the backlash. This problem could easily solve itself.

I was thinking that very thing.

What's to stop them from giving the same 10 people out to everyone. It would be pretty easy to pay off 10 people and list their "real" contact information.
