Communication: 5/5 The project management/helpdesk software the OP uses is great! Very easy to go back and forth on questions.
Speed: 5/5 Received my report within 4 working days - well within the advertised timeframe.
Quality: 4/5 I can only comment on the private blog posts and article directories. I'm seeing some articles spun to ~40%, and I'm seeing others that are exact copies. Would have liked higher spinning, but not a deal breaker.
Value: 5/5 For $27 the amount of links you're getting here is simply amazing. They're not exactly links I'd want to show a client, but they look like they'll get the job done. Between the blog posts and article directory submits I'm seeing 330 links, of which 292 are unique c-class IPs. That's not even taking into account the 7 or so networks.
Overall: 4.5/5 $27 for a shitload of links with at least 292 unique IPs plus submits to multiple popular link networks is a damn good deal. I've seen some providers offer submissions to one or a few of these networks for more $.

Many thanks for your interest in this service. I was travelling for few days and it took a while to come back to office.
Answering your question on turn around time, most of the blog networks drip feed content to their member sites slowly ( we usually keep 10-15 per day ). However, we just have to submit once and each day these networks send out content to their sites with everything built fully automated and natural.
So, we submit everywhere and set the content to drip feed ( this will finish in 5 business days ) and distribution will take place for 30-45 days. Hope that answers your first question.
Each submission can be used for only one site, unless you have multiple sites in the same niche. Ideally we want to get in-content links from theme relevant pages. For example, you don't want a dog training article to link to a iphone app site.

I placed an order. I entered one keyword per line. Now when I look at my order details in your system (looks like WCHMS), all the keywords and url are in one single line. I got my report a couple days ago, and if you want to skip the rest of the review, the bottom line is that it's a quality service, delivered as promised.
Communication: 5/5 - He was very responsive when I sent PMs. The report he delivers is very professional looking, an Excel file with multiple sheets showing where everything was submitted.
Speed: 5/5 - The job was done within the turnaround time that was originally specified.
Quality: 4/5 - Overall, the quality seems good. Most of the articles don't go live right away, so it's hard to judge the quality of those since they're not all live yet. The ones that are live are spun articles and I was a bit disappointed to see that some of the keywords that I had specified as my main keywords were not protected from being spun. Meaning, if the title of an article contained one of my main keywords, it would get spun and would usually end up as a different word. This may just be a matter of preference, as maybe other people wouldn't care about this.
Another thing that I had not realized would happen is that both of the URLs I had provided would always be in every article. This means that Google is now going to see my 2 URLs mentioned together a few hundred times. Again, this may just be a matter of preference and some may not care.
Value: 5/5 - It's a good amount of links for the price. Considering the time it saves compared to submitting to each of these article networks manually, the price seems worth it.

I really want to give him 6/5 for value for money.
I can see a lot of links poping up in SEs and for $27, you can never expect anything better than this.
