Got 2816 profile
Checked with scrapebox found 1992 live links
I'm not happy with 2 facts (wich i belive the Provider should have clearly stated in the Sales Peach)
1 Many of the sites are non english
Many of the links are not with my desired anchor text they are just links

Overall i got 90% what i expected

Just received a report:

• Ordered tier 1 links: 3650
• Received tier 1 links: 5221
• Found tier 1 links: 3690

Only 30-40% of all links have my anchor, all others just have url without anchor text. There are lots of international forums as well.

Verdict: good for IP diversity, not effective for link juice.

Just received report, checked 50 of the links. One was dead url. The pages are profile pages and show up PR3 one of the 50 showed up as PR4. As mentioned before lots of international forums. None of the 50 links showed my anchor text just the URL.

Overall what I expected and for $7 not a bad deal.
