It does not matter if he's a newbie or not. He joined WF since he has some shit. Grindstone has helped a lot of newbies in past and many of them are doing really well now.

So, yes he surely helps newbies. Make sure to ask him politely.

After submitting the app, shoot an email to Luke or Charlie to expedite the approval process, I was accepted in 2 days.

You are welcome. When I contacted Grindstone for EWA approval he did not reply on time as he was busy with some other shit. I got his attention after my 3rd or 4th PM though. He is a cool guy and sometimes he may be busy. Just remind him again in case you don't get the reply in 1-2 days!
