I thought that had to be a typo, but I checked the actual government pdf file, and that is what it says. They are using "10 or fewer sample cases" as a relevant statistical sample to make a large projection?
I knew something didn't sound right when they said that 100% of the 36,620 black rape victims were raped by blacks. A logical guess would be that at least a couple of them were raped by latinos, whites, asians, green people, etc.
Also according to our government, the number of black rape victims went down to 17,920 in 2006. From 36,620 in 2005, to 17,920 in 2006. Umm, ok.

Plenty of genocide by all races, it's silly to try and ignore all of the genocide committed by non-whites throughout history. As far as the serial killers, there are more white serial killers because there are more white people. Statistically, a black male is actually more likely to be a serial killer than a white male. The vast majority of white people in the south (and all of the white people in the north) never had slaves. Furthermore, slavery had been abolished when most of the things I listed were created. Economically, slavery actually has a negative effect on the economy, but I won't bore you with the details. Notice how much the economy took off after slavery was abolished though...
Additionally, many great inventions came out of Europe at a time when there was no slavery. And plenty of blacks owned slaves in Africa, yet they weren't able to make the same use of them?
