And call me crazy, but I did a re-check for all the links prior to updating this. For me, a deleted link means no link. Here's the result:

Package Bronze.
Supposed to receive 25 links, Received 32 instead

One month later:
10 links no longer can be found/deleted by owner
5 links getting a PR increase
2 links getting a PR decrease
2 links lost their PR rank
The rest remains intact
Out of those, majority remains low OBL, and only 2 been spammed to death
Total PR still exist: 22!
