It's possible to know domain authority data because page authority number always is higher. From my experience baclkinks have more weight if link coming from domain with authority 40+.
 
Any guarantee if I buy a perm package?

I would normally spread a $500 dollar investment between different networks so the whole amount wouldn't be wasted if google smashed it up.

Would you consider a 12 month replacement/refund option for any lost links?

I know you have credibility and integrity and have dealt with you before - so would actually trust you to 100% honour any guarantee you offer.

I can guarantee a replacement yes...There shouldn't be problems and if some do arise, I will do my best to fix as I always have and will.
