Hi,
First of all I`m sorry for being late with the review, then go straight to the topic:
I've got a free review copy from tom4business and here is my honest review

Speed: 5/5 I've received the report in 7 days, within the promised TAT frame.
Communication: 5/5. The report was easy to understand and absolutely complete, including all the links from all the tiers. So there was no need for communication.
Price: 5/5 Even if I have to pay full price I'd be satisfied, because it’s a great for that amount of links.
Quality: 5/5. Everything was as advertised. No problems with anchor texts / links / layers. All the articles are spun heavily, but still readable. All the first tier properties are indexed already and even showing in SERPS for the certain KWs.
Overall Review: 5/5 Nice service, everything was done professionally and as promised.
