I am a college student soon to graduate with a BA in English. I can churn out high quality papers and articles quickly like it's no one's business. I've bullshit a 2500 word analysis on a Shakespeare play, which I didn't even read, and received an A. Eat shit state uni!

So yeah, I figured I'd market my skills to help pay for some of my IM business endeavors.

Maybe help out some of the people around here subject to craptastic articles written by non-native English speakers

What do I need to advertise my skills besides posting on BST and elance? Do I need a website or e-mail and skype will do?

i need 5 articles per day, topic is Appliance repair and appliance repair tips. approx 500 words per article 5 days a week. let me know asap!

email and skype is fine. go into the buy/sell/trade section and offer to write 5 free articles in exchange for an honest review of your writing. or write a few 500-1000 word articles on random subjects like 'Secrets for female sexy legs' and build yourself a small portfolio of Internet Marketing type articles. just post/advertise your services. be willing to write a free 'test' or review article or show your portfolio, and you will get business. then you will get more and more business through satisfied clients. or one person will really like you and give you all the work you need.
 
Cool beans. Then you're good to go, demand is pretty high. You can also try Fiverr. Oh also, maybe provide a sample report so people get a feel for you.

but I don't think anyone would give you the trust easily as there are lot's of Writers not from the USA but are Pretending to be.. Specially you are charging $10 per 500 word article... Go a little down with the price and post on content section you might find a couple to try out your service... Go to higher prices once you are established and has 10-30 testimonials on your writing.. then you gain trust easily...
 
He send me the sample of his work and I wasn't impressed at all! Copyscape score was 80% so just letting you know.

It's real easy to get burned out on content writing. I strongly suggest you do create a website, because it adds value to you as a writer and makes you appear more legitimate. More legitimacy means you can charge more. Charging more means the work will actually be worth your time and you'll have the incentive to do it.

There are a lot of people that will low ball you who are too cheap to pay for quality content. However, there are also people out there dying to find someone that is good and RELIABLE and have no problem paying top dollar. Find them.

He is using a spin content! I asked him earlier to email me the sample and it was SHITTY CONTENT! That kind of contnent you can get for $3 per 1000 words! He is claiming that he is a college student, but he did not mention in which country he is studying!
