yes, i had received the 3 reports, but I bought 2 times, one include 3 packages, and i received these 3 reports, and another one include 2 packages, and still not to be delivered.

I understand you, but I also feel a bit boring, because, we always bought one sevice many times, and they only notice the first time, so I sent many many emails to ask our order status, and they said like you: we had sent you reports, yes, you did send, but not all.

so, you can check again, and send me reports ASAP. it had lasted long time.

(I can't reply you in PM filed, I haven't enough previlege. and after you reply me this message, i will delete it, because i don't want to affect your business. I just want to know our order status.)
