Maybe they should start a war with a neighbouring city.

If they can expand their boarders they can control more resources which would allow them to keep their failing system going for a little longer.

Mr & Mrs too old to care, also the only people in town who bother voting, would surly go for that.

According to a Gallup poll, Stockton was tied with Montgomery, Alabama for the most obese metro area in the United States of America with an obesity rate of 34.6 percent.
