for wiki links, you can give 3 urls and 1 keyword for each url.

for bookmarks, you can give 1-4 urls and unlimited keywords. (all urls must have same set of keywords)

for scrapebox service, you can give unlimited urls and unlimited keywords.

for high PR blog comments, you can give 1 url and 1-2 keywords.
