so, finally got my report.
Tier 1:
1. 266 web 2.0 (almost all - social type like onsugar, blogspace etc)
+: unique domains
+: some high pr (yes, only some, cause pr0 is not high pr)
- sb stats
+/-: a lot of d0-f0ll0w, cause the major part has no pr or pr0
-: sometimes, the same username in the blog url
+/-: content is spun, but I gave 3 kws, which are related, but not the same, so finally it looks like you take 1 article related to 1 kw and manually swap this one with another 2 ones. To my mind, such a mix looks like a kw spam in the eyes of BIG G
- using more than 2 external links (exatly 3). From my experience 1/2 is enough, if you dont use mult-paged web 2.0, for example page1 with kw1 and page2 with kw2, and these pages are interlinked
- I pmed you also lsi keywords/phrases to use with 1 exactly purpose: links should not discovered by BIG G like kws spam
2. High Pr Wikis:
+: yes, high pr
+: 934 unique domains (if there were duplicated domains, I''ll get finally spam , cause duped domains + the same content as used for web2.0 = spam)

-: completely n0-f0llow, so no juice, only the diverseв link-building scheme (1 is d0-f0ll0w)
-: some of wikis are already dead
-: the same content as used for web 2.0
-: again, 3 external links
-: no wiki formatting (yes, folks, wiki has formatting: Like H1, Strong etc)
Tier 2:
1. Wiki
+: 3265 unique wikis
-: duped domains (exatly 2, but I'm demand person)
-: again, completely n0-f0llow, so no juice
-: some of wikis are already dead
Common man, it's not funny ↓
-: the same content as used for web 2.0
-: again, 3 external links

As said above, linklicious/lindexed will be used, but I check index rate, it's drastically low, even wikis are not indexed. From my experience, wikis are almost momentally indexed, so I don't know what to say

So, finnaly, some overdelivery of high pr wikis (d0-follow) and web 2.0 (like onsugar, blogspace, but not weebly/blogger/wordpress etc.)
While I'm writing, it's 10 AM in my country, but I can't find 10K wikis and 1,2K Article subbmissions

Finnaly, I got mixed feelings. Definitely, without critically improvements (mostly, content side) it is undoubtedly unreal to rank even middle competetive kws.
But I should not expact some great kw movements for such price.
And final advice: if you get some issues and can't deliver in time, to my mind it's not enough just to post in the your thread about it, try to keep your client informed (just by sending pm and inform about new delivery tat)

For sure, it's impossible, but after Big G updates content part is critically neccesary. To my mind, you should make option to provide content from buyer's side as minimum.
as I expacted ''negative'' seo in action: already - 9 positions in Big G. Spammy links rock.
