It's also not a steroid, but a beta agonist. It's effectively a more extreme epinephrine.
Many BB'ers go a step further and take 2,4-Dinitrophenol (DNP), which is a metabolic poison which basically makes it less efficient for your body to produce ATP. I.e. take too much and your metabolism stops altogether and you die.
It's pretty much the best "magic" weight loss pill there is, although the effective dose varies hugely, and taking too much will kill you.

All diet pills are bullshit with the exception of genuine dnp, clenbuterol, belviq, epinephrine & a large range of illegal stimulants (i.e. cocaine, meth, etc).
So basically, all effective diet pills are illegal to sell. By selling the "legal" diet pills out there you're selling a lie, pretty much the only thing in them that could ever have any tiny effect is caffeine. If you're comfortable with that, shoot for the sky!
