NO. The Root domain will have PR 7+ like wordpress, blogspot, weebly etc. That will pass authority.

Will I receive the login details ?
YES

Are these 100% Unique content?
NO, around 90-95% with copyscape.

How many pages per Web 2.0 property?
We will build 5 pages per web 2.0 property. A total of 50 Pages across 10 properties with 50 different articles..

Will you create a Link Wheel ?
NO. We will only interlink between pages within a property to pass the juice and keep it whitehat.

Do I receive a Report for Scrapebox Blast?
NO. You will receive a report for only the web 2.0 properties with login details.

UPDATE: Previously we were accepting only a selected niches but now we can accept any niche. We have our in-house spinner to create readable articles. We no longer rely on 3rd parties for Readable articles.

I have adjusted the Cost and expenses to update this service to 5 pages from 3 pages per property .

This service helped me move up from #26 to #8 for one of my keywords, I will definitely order again for other keywords, thanks.
 
Got my report today (from the older 3-page plan).

Pros:
The content reads very nicely, is linked well and is sufficient length as to carry some contextual weight.

Cons:
Copyscape has identified a phrase here and a phrase there as dupes (not a problem as common phrases are normal). However, Copscape also identifies a paragraph here and a paragraph there as coming from alternate sources (which is not so good).

Overall, it looks like the content is a very good mash-up from 10 or so places per article, resulting in something very good from a human reader perspective. As long as the Copscape 10% fails don't trigger a dupe issue, this should be one of the best quality web 2.0 services I've used to date.

I'll be monitoring ranking shifts to see the outcome and will likely be ordering several more. My only wish was that there were additional backlinking options for this package so as to get improved indexing, stickiness and context.

Rating:
I like the amount and quality of content and give this a "buy" rating.

Hey buddy, Thanks for your review. The content would work just fine when its more than 90% Unique and Readable. Think about Press releases, the same content gets syndicated in all those news sites. This is much better with a 90%+ unique rate. To whats imp is that the content is readable.

1 more thing. For indexing, we take care of it using our in-house indexing system. You needn't worry about it. In addition to that, all orders receives 10K scrapebox comments to build a 2nd tier.

Good luck with your site. I thought your keyword has hit from #11 to #8 already. Please verify. I hope you will see some further positive SERP movements soon. :ak:
