Vince, what exactly were you doing for Barry? Just setting up ftp, database, installing WP, and a theme? Or were you customizing a theme?
If you're just installing WP and adding a theme I would need you to do at least 20 WP installs a week to make it worth my while and I don't know if I need that many installs.

I will eventually make use of them.
I hired the guy to install these for me because it was taking up too much of my time to install them. So my idea was I would hire him to install, and while he was installing them I would be doing links and content for them.
Then it got a bit out of control since he could obviously install sites a lot faster than I could add content and rank them.
So I said fuck it and just let him keep going thinking that it's cool because one day I'll be able to get to them.
But now it has got to the point that I'll be 50 years old before I get around to working on all these fucking sites. So I decided to finally just pull the plug.
Also the theme is sort of a big pain in the ass to install and setup, especially version one of the theme. Fixed a couple of the bigger pain in the ass parts of the theme in version two. But yea, version one was a pretty retarded process.

PHP - 4/10

How are your research skills? If I gave you a list of textbook titles, could you fill a spreadsheet with title, publisher, author, # of pages, etc.

So $100 a week? How many installs can you do in a week? I have a ton of adult domains I need to get up just never have the time.
With some additional skills or further willingness, I could potentially use your services too. Setting up a blank wordpress site doesn't add much value alone, but coupled with a little more effort could be beneficial. Or teamed up with a content provider.
That would depend on the theme to be installed like the theme settings and plugins to configure after installation. While working with Barry, I could do 2 to 3 sites and that includes searching for contents. I could do a test to see how many installations I could do within a day/week.

* Using link tools to find linking opportunities
* Contacting webmasters to enquire about guest blog posting opportunities, following up
* Manually posting links to directories and similar sites
* Working with content writers / organising them to write articles / following up
* Installing wordpress themes, adding content from writers,
* Finding and adding relevant, free images and adding credit links where necessary
* DNS configuration of domains (any experience? - we can show you how to do this, it is pretty simple, just looking at things like adding an A record etc.)
* Removal of footer links from wordpress themes and other basic modifications of this type
* Have you worked with any other CMS before and can you let me know your experience (drupal, joomla, mediawiki etc)?
If this sort of thing is of interest, I may be able to start you on a 2-3 day week on days that suit you, PM me or post if interested.
Obviously, would take you on for a paid trial basis first and see how things go.
