Waiting on the report for a few days.

Still waiting for the report. Hy Wan has assured the work was done but the contractor he used has not been online. It's now over a week since I started asking for the report. The early level of communication has diminished.

Others seem to have received reports, so I take him at his word but it's disappointing nonetheless.
