Actually, from what I remember that was the season finale of the first part of season 2. You are missing the entire second part of season 2.My buddy got the seasons of Walking Dead mailed out on a hard drive during our last deployment. Seasons 1 and 2.
The season 2 finale I saw was the event at Hershel's farm when they unloaded on the barn full of zombie family members.
Did I miss something? This season seems to start off with a lot of assumptions.

Hershel gunna Hersh
but seriously, why the fuck would you walk right over an unknown zombie corpse?
There were quite a few wtf moments in this episode.
When they were in the first fenced in area. They send the group into the big yard and used a TON of ammo clearing it. Why not be at the fence line like the girls and kill them as they come close to the fence. Have them come to you and then pick them off one by one. As bodies pile up move to next open fence area. Instead they went inside and endangered themselves.
Same with not putting on some sort of body armor for arms/legs etc..
While going through the prison - why not make sure each skull is bashed in? That's what got Hershel in the end.
Even though you have to suspend your belief a TON - it's a good yarn to watch...
I never watched the show until this weekend.
AMC had a marathon all weekend and I watched all season 1 and 2 and then watched episode 1 of 3 last night.. talk about a day of zombies.
The one thing that got on my nerves, I never once saw where they would get the fuel and ammo for all this shit. I saw them reloading and driving around, but never once really eating, finding ammo and refueling.
They also had new guns in this episode, wtf did those come from.. silencers and auto sniper rifles and shit.
I guess they leave you to think they just "found" those during the winter and shit, but its annoying as hell to watch them belt out hundreds of rounds of ammo a show ( and every shot is a head shot ) and never once worry about reloading or running out most times.

They spent all winter going house to house, maybe they found ammo and guns in this way, think about all the guns you'd find in the house of some WF members.
