OK, this is a very easy way to make money, especially if you barely have any money at the moment.
I'm not going into great detail, but you should be able to figure it out.

You don't need to join any affiliate networks and look for suitable offers, but you will need to research some niches and send some emails/make some calls.
You'll actually get much better rates approaching companies directly than going through an affiliate network.

We're focusing on PPC for immediate results.

Look for niches that generate leads. There's enough of them.

Find out how much each lead is worth if you were to sell them to a company. i.e. guesstimate from CPC, browse forums, phone the companies

Say the main keywords targeted in this niche are about £15CPC, load up Ultimate Niche Finder or your weapon of choice and find other suitable converting phrases.

Drop 'em into Google's tool, set [exact], and double check the CPC.
Obviously the lower the better, and the more the merrier.

Found some good ones? Nice. Go to google, type in the main short tail and look for the companies that rank towards the bottom of the page.
Contact them. An email is fine, "Hi, We generate ______ leads and are looking to sell them onto a reputable company. Would you be interested?"

Doesn't hurt to charge a little lower than the average rate for each lead.

When a company agrees email them an Introducer Agreement/Contract outlining the terms, i.e. paid weekly, X amount for each lead, ya da ya da.

Contract done and signed? OK, now it's time to generate the leads.

Hopefully you have at least $5. Go to Fiverr and buy an adwords voucher (£50 or $100 depending on your location).

Make a new adwords account (I would recommend closing any open ones you have).

Set your daily limit to a little less than your credits to stop yourself being billed.

Write your ad.

As your leads come in (the second they arrive!) email them to the company.

Invoice them weekly.

Didn't you miss out a whole bit about needing a website that looks at least legit enough for somebody to type their personal details in to so you can collect the leads in the first place? Adwords needs to point to your website.

agreed. In what website would you be pointing adsense to?

Yeah guys, that's right, you will need to build a website with your main landing page/lead gen, an about page, contact, privacy policy and an FAQ wouldn't hurt either.

To make it look legit just download a professional premium wordpress theme.

You can easily get something together in 45 minutes (that includes buying a domain, hosting and installing WP).

I'll also add that when I arrange things like this I like to get the contracts sorted by Wed/Thursday, so that I can invoice by Friday to check they'll pay.

If you have any issues with payment (they're really late or don't pay at all), you can quickly move on without losing much business.

Oftentimes you'll find companies will want a trial period. Make sure you know how to negotiate; don't undersell yourself.
Trial is typically 1 month.

During the trial try and negotiate even better rates of pay with other companies so that you have leverage/options when the trial is up.

Thanks for the info about this.. at the moment how much are you currently making out of this?

Thanks!

Enough that I don't need to worry about buying vouchers off fiverr, and still make 3 - 4 times my investment.

This is if your good with cold calling right? or where do you get the leads? or names of the persons you need to talk to?

Is there an specific department you are targeting to get this job done?

You can phone a company and ask them if they want to buy your leads, or you can email them.

or where do you get the leads?

You generate leads by driving traffic to your website via a PPC ad.

or names of the persons you need to talk to?

Look at the companies that would want to buy your leads. Go to the contact page. Contact them. it's very simple.

What? Just generate some leads on your website and sell them to another company.

how is this done on a technical point of view? Do you save the information that comes in and then email them later? I never understood the generating leads business because to me it sounds like a very expensive ad to begin with. How does one even manage the whole collect-to-sell information? Do you use a word press theme for this?

Someone clicks your Google Ad.

They go to your website.

They fill out a short form so that someone can contact them to discuss whatever service you're promoting.

You receive their form submission as an email.

You forward that email to a company that agreed to pay you for those leads.

At the end of the week you invoice the company.

REPEAT

It won't be expensive if you do your keyword research well and find dozens, or even hundreds of lesser searched terms, at low CPC, and run ads on those.

This is some QUALITY info right here....wish I saw a thread like this when I was a noob. Take notes people. Good stuff OP
