I loaded $70 and made a handful of ads and they have been pending review for over half a week now. I have sent numerous emails and have 2 open tickets, it is noon Cali time on a monday I think I should have gotten an email back. They don't have a phone number or anything. I need to start making money.

Try depositing $7000 instead of $70 then threaten to charge it back, they'll be responding real quick i bet
