I don't know why people are suggesting Linux boxes when the OP said he he wants to run sick submitter. For a Windows box, just get something cheap w/ at least 1-2gb ram. Burstnet, BermanHosting, ThrustVPS are all about $15/month for a Windows VPS.

has it's ups and downs + with hostgators you're paying for the brand cause it's relatively expensive as a VPS... Hostgator VPS cost near to a hundred. where you can get the same VPS, same specs for $30 from another VPS COmpany.. my 2 cents..
