EWA STILL Isn't Paying

This. Also the fact that he says the imaginary chick was used to cover the real NEW AM who is UGLY.

Is there even a new AM? I tried to refrain from commenting about Ryan Eagle, but this is a new low. I doubt EWA is going to recover. They're relying on biz opps for new affiliates at this point. Wow.....

Ryan you're delusional man. Face it. It's over.

Meanwhile noobs at EWA facebook group. lol they don't know they wont get this money.

Just curious, did you attend the show in Vegas? How much did that cost you? How many people would that have paid off if you decided to not go?

Ok guys. I get it. You're not getting paid. That sucks.

They're not trying to run away with your money. I highly doubt EWA likes having it's name pulled through the mud, or that $2,000 is worth the damage being done to them.

The money's not there right now. Whether it's because of shortsighted payments, over-expansion, getting ripped off by an advertiser, whatever..it's not there.
They say they've got an investor coming on soon. This is clearly to try and be able to shore up their accounts.

So what does this mean to you? Barraging us with a thread every 2-3 days will accomplish very little. If the investor comes through, you will get paid. If he doesn't, then you probably won't.

Is this another Copeac? Probably not. Copeac had to take out a loan to even partially cover their accounts because they had money seized/frozen. The money didn't go anywhere. There was no potential expansion resulting from the money going away.
If EWA can get their accounts up to speed, they have a crap ton of expansion they've done(apparently a little too much) that should be able to keep them afloat more easily than other networks in the past. They're diversified, but short on liquid cash. It's a tricky position but not especially dire as these things go.

tldr; Godamn it stop posting these threads. Wait or don't.

and to think, you almost prevented a response post from the very guy who had caused the '2-3 threads a day', not to mention this internet jewel of a thread that's already spread to xamount of other forums?

isn't there a mod/journalism code of conduct?

I didn't "almost prevent" shit. Eagle using a fake AM is not the same thread we see every day. In fact it had absolutely nothing to do with non-payment or anything of the like.

Sorry home boy, we have opinions and wickedfire was created specifically to be a more free-speech oriented forum than the others. We are not spam prevention robots.

I'll just be honest, I'm not even going to try to defend that attempt to make an AM more appealing and all I can do is apologize for the one effected by it. At this point, all I can do is endure the situation that I'm in and make right the wrongs that I have done. I'm doing just that, one by one, until this passes and there are no more issues out there.

Believe it or not, I actually care about my reputation and care about my company. It's what I've devoted my life into for the past several years. Unlike other companies that would have run from such problems, the only option I see is to approach each issue head on. I'm going to do exactly that. The transformation will take time and I refuse to give in to what people want of me. I deserve all the accountability that I have on these forums - after all I did start off here.

I am making to the company right now that include an outside investor, but I have yet to release publicly because quite bluntly I don't want to jump the gun too early. These changes will improve the company and resolve all the issues that I have, down to the last critic.

I love how loosely the word "company" is thrown around here. Last I checked real companies had real employees. I've seen and heard quite a few stupid things in my day, but fake employees?

Also inb4farmhouseforsale.

I think eveyrbody knew the AM was 100% fake and a desperation act.
Just like everybody knows he has no assets at all let alone 50 million. If he had assets he would pay people and not use desperation tactics.

In the USA can you go to jail for all the fraud and lies he is spinning ?

Would you, though?

It depends on the state of the business. If the business is really up shit creek, his personal assets are separate to the company's and he'd probably rather keep them separate than risk losing everything he has.

Only way anyone is touching his personal assets is if they prove mismanagement / him taking funds which should be in client accounts/kept separate from revenue.

(This is how an affiliate network should run - money from advertisers is straight away put into a separate client account to pay off affiliates, net the 10-20% or whatever cut the network takes, which goes into the network's kitty to go towards revenue, expansion, etc + say 2-3% of this goes into another "secondary" client account to count for a buffer if advertisers they've got on credit fail to pay up, until that covers say an average of 6-12 months commissions or whatever [you can work that out based on the percentage chance of default of your advertisers.. e.g. worst case scenario 3 months default from your biggest advertiser, how much cash you need?].. However in practice many affiliate networks take from the client pot to cover short term cash flow problems, which means the first sign of an affiliate network going to shit is payments being delayed.

You also have to be ruthless with your advertisers, if one of them doesn't pay their debts on time, you shut their ads down, with no leeway, until the balance is paid. If you fail to do this, your risks run too high and you potentially compromise the whole system. Of course in reality lots of networks will think twice before stopping their biggest advertisers ads, etc, which leads to these kinds of problems.)

I like it, No I LOVE IT!

That pretty genius gameplan. Listen mituozo, I would like to bring you onboard for a CFO position at my new CCarters-I-Aint-Paying-You-Shit-CPA-World.info Network. I'll PM you the details. With your gameplan, we might be able to actually pay some of our affiliates on-time. ;)

I've got 3 investors putting up 8K, and got [For Premium Members Only] on-board who has another 2 investors putting up 5K. Let's do this! I'm tearing this McDonalds' app right now! Make Money 2013!

Sure, I'll be your CFO, I did a 10 week accounting course, so I can do double entry book keeping and everything.
