Do I need a new website to promote my eBook by clickbank?



Yeah, you'll need to set up a new one. Read their policies too. They've cracked down on a lot of shit lately.
 
if it's a "premium" ebook...surely you can afford the $10 it takes to register a domain
 
You should use a free .tk domain for maximum conversions or possibly look into hosting your page on Wikipedia for free traffic from Matt Cutt's blogs.

If you don't get a domain name for your product an affiliate eventually will if product searches pick up. You don't want to be #2 for your product name...
 
Planning to sell through Clickbank?Think again. Clickbank merchants have little controls over who may and may not promote their products. Worse, it is sometimes impossible for Clickbank merchants to identify or contact individual affiliates. If your product might inspire affiliates to make faults and outrageous claims,do not advertise your product in the Clickbank marketplace.
