A client of mine has an iridology website, and I'm not sure how to get his site out to the right people to make sales for his $150 e-book. It's quite an amazing book. Willing to pay the right guy for advice.

What problem(s) does his iridology book solve? Had to wiki it. Just after a skim looks like it's a way of identifying health issues by examining the iris? (correct me if I'm wrong.)
Whatever the case, list the problems the product solves and research what age group, gender, etc. are most likely to be searching for solutions to that problem. Then write your sales letter to speak to that audience and target your ads (or however you're getting traffic) to that group. If via FB for example, go with the demographic data you've gathered. If search terms, go for the problem keywords, maybe even go after some product keywords for other products in different niches that solve the same thing and persuade your visitors to go with your method (make sure to mention why it's better). Anyway, there's plenty to get you started.
