Question about an asshole way to get CPA

Just a little twist on this topic.
So, this initially started out as a retarded question to an even more retarded and idiotic (and illegal) method if getting affiliate clicks.

Now, I was having a telephone conversation with one of my affiliate managers and asked her if she could (off the record) give me a URL to one of her more productive affiliates so I could learn a thing or two. So she did.

I went over his site. He isn't ranking too much for competitive keywords. He's not super authoratitive. The site layout is so/so. I couldn't for the life of me understand why he's so successful. So I browsed a bit more.

Guess what. He's got a big fucking iframe as a "Product preview" with his affiliate tracker link on every single fucking review he makes. She's super happy with him as he brings her lotsa customers.
I emailed my affiliate manager and asked her if this iframing is ok. She says, sure, here's a nice landing page that's good for iframes.

WTF?!

That begs the question: what's an infallible way to hide your traffic source from networks?

Cos fuck all that^

FTC is making shit up. Your so full of shit, I can't even begin...

Affiliate manager gave you the landing page to a successful OTHER affiliate, which just happens to be cookie stuff after you ask specifically about cookie stuffing? ORLY? That one hell of a fucking coincidence. FTC/Fed, do you think we are idiots?

Mofo you need to get banned for this stupidity. Bro, do you even undercover?

You wanna do illegal shit, then fine - dont come here trying to entrap us. Making shit up, Fuck you. What's the network and your manager's name. You opened this can of worms. Out that shit.

The "competitor" URL she gave me is for a different market. The whole site is in German so she didn't consider it to be a competitor.
You can think I'm full of shit or whatever. I'm not. You don't want to believe me, that's fine with me.

I just saw the site... It's legit, gray area/questionable by the way the placement is done, but it's not a 1x1 iframe, it's actually 400x300 or something, so it's not hidden.

Wooja is not full of shit after all. It looks to be international CPA offers, so FTC has no jurisdiction, in fact it's not even targeting USA, it's in German and let just say, you can get away with a lot more internationally than state-side.

But Wooja, I wouldn't try that if you are targeting the US, if an advertiser saw that, they MIGHT can you, but you never know depending on the industry. Questionable, but not illegal or necessarily against TOS, very gray area. If I was an advertiser, I wouldn't mind that, but I'd refer to MaxSteve for further clarification.
