Right, and how do I give you a refund if I can't locate your order?

I checked your transaction ID, your forum username and your email. I don't see the order. Are you sure you're in the right thread?

At this point I'm really just looking for a refund (you wasted my time and will probably do a half ass job on the article now). Process the refund immediately...

I have taken up more then 5 minutes of my time trying to find you. How do I contact someone I cannot find and who does not have enough posts for me to be able to PM. What about that is hard to understand?

Now that you have made a dispute I can see your order.

A) you did not put the correct username in the form, so I could not know it was you.

B) you did not put the correct email in the form. I emailed you your order on time and the report is already there as well. I emailed this to you awhile ago to the contact email YOU provided on the wufoo form.

C) In this thread you gave me this transaction ID
(Unique Transaction ID #xxxx3369UX360733L).
From the dispute I can see your transaction id is -
(Unique Transaction ID #3R269098S65458913) ..... You couldn't even give me the correct transaction ID to check your order...

I don't know if you're playing a game or what, but it's not amusing. I forwarded the order email to your paypal email. Let me know if you received it.

I didn't want my main email address posted on the press release so I wrote you an email explaining that. I find it hard to believe that you could not find the order with that and a paypal transaction id.
