Complicated relationship sucking the energy from me

im in high school and we just had prom and the girl i went with we have been good friends for about 4 months before prom.

A couple weeks before it we would text everynight for about 2 weeks and i knew she liked me but then the week of prom it seems like we started getting distant from each other and not talking as much. prom was fun but i got mixed signs if she was still interested

now we havnt talked in a day or two over text but she is in some of my classes at school and things dont seem to really be the same

we never really "went out"

We have quite a few mutual friends and hang out with them and are going to in the future

what do i do?

This may be really childish but has never happened before
 


It's not complicated.

You wanted her to put out or at least make out at prom.

She didn't want to or wasnt sure and got cold to not have you jumping on her.

Relationships, especially with women, are very push/pull. If a girl gets too in to you, its natural to pull back. If she pulls back, its natural for you to chase her a little.

There's a healthy balance and you don't want to pull and push to hard. It sounds like she's pulling away pretty dramatically.. its time for you to stop chasing her and make her chase you again.

If you really want her to be interested in you again, then start hitting on other girls. Multiple girls. Hit on one that's an "easy catch", maybe alittle chubby or insecure or butterfaced. Also hit on another girl whos hot and ideally one who the girl you are into hates with a passion.

Remember, relationships are a game. Play to win.
