Does Welfare count as Reparations for Slavery?

If so how long do we still have to keep paying for that? Or does it come off the top? Or should they get welfare and some other kind of Reparations? Obviously black's of today are just as oppressed as their slave ancestor's and they deserve to be compensated. Should there be a set amount per black person for a 1 time payment? Or perhaps getting a monthly check (in addition to welfare) for their pain?

Basically any non-white culture should receive some sort of monthly compensation for having to tolerate with your lot (except for white girls, I can tolerate them all over my dick). I get $400/semester for being black in college btw woot :D!

Also, the majority of people receiving welfare in the US are white. ;)

Still higher on a percentage basis, although the difference isn't very large.

You underestimate the power of being "americanized". Does not matter what race you are. Eventually they will figure out they can get something for nothing. It's just like when you bring a Filipino girl over and marry her. She's your personal servant the first 2 years. But after that she wise's up and pretty soon she's just like every other whore in town.
 
america is becoming a giant welfare state. within a few generations 80% or more of the population will probably be on some form of government assistance (excluding social security). It's inevitable no matter who is in office because you look at the data it paints a very bleak picture. If capitalism is self limiting, those limits have already been tested.
