So the average IQ in China and Japan is 20 higher than for Asians in some countries right next door? And North Africa, Latin America, and parts of the Middle East aren't too far off from Mississippi (if I remember correctly)?

In South East Asia you have many ethnic groups such as Malay and Khmer which have nothing to do with the east asian Chinese, Koreans and Japanese.

I'm not getting into the whole IQ/race debate, but I like you enough to tell you that this graph is 100% completely made up. It was debunked a long time ago (sorry for the Snopes link but I'm too lazy to find a better source). Don't feel bad though, The Economist fell for something similar in 2000.

Chaos ensues whenever we have a situation where people believe in something so passionately that it consumes them... it blinds them and strips them of their humanity. Examples of this are animal rights activists attacking scientists for testing on animals, Buddhist monks killing Muslims in Burma, Muslim youths killing innocent runners in Botson, or the ethno-nationalist violence between the Catholics and Protestants in Ireland... the list goes on!
But there is no justification for attacking or murdering another human being. No religion, country, cause or belief is greater than that of humanity itself.
