I'm bidding on a PR8 site with a great backlink profile. Yes, I've done my research - it is legit and a quality site.

I'm thinking of using it to sell links or possibly sell the domain. Was wondering how to maximize revenue on this, as I have never bought or sold links before.

The backlink profile is related to sports. I figure PR8 + relevant niche and selling to sports gambling/betting should net me some decent revenue. What kind of prices can I charge for this?
