Over the past two years, we've seen Google crack down on over-optimized anchor text. Will it help on the serps?
Recently, we have seen that building links to Naked Url’s and Generic Anchors, also helps the overall rankings of the website. Of course the results are circumstantial but in most cases we have seen a boost on the serps. You need to understand, that result doesn’t merely mean to see a jump in the serps. Sometimes, you also need a strategy to survive.

I have been practising it for a very long time on both my personal sites as well as on my private monthly client’s. I tend to call it Insurance for my websites. Once I fix the anchor density in the very beginning, I can build links on the main keywords without worrying about penalties.

I would definitely vote for ordering multiple packages if you have a bigger backlinks portfolio.
Seriously? You should Diversify with Links that you find worthy for your Main keywords.
