I'm familiar with tom's services, he's one of the quality guys here on wf and has a variety of services. Only downside i had was that not all the links didn't have the keyword, probably not possible but overall this is a great service with some nice profiles lined to other high pr pages.

Coming to the speed of report, it was good. I got my report within 48 hours.
Report looks very good and well managed, easy to go through. I like these profile pages as these are from high PR websites also the comment pages linking back to them are good. Most of the links i checked are live.
Report shows that the work done on the profile making is manual and the price for that is very reasonable. It is highly recommended to get these links if you need to add some quality links for your website.
