well it's just for fun but hey, it's just 1$ for a link back to you. You submit your website's tagline, people click on it and visit your site. It it as catchy as you thought it would be? have a go :)

(nothing to do with all those "trying to collect" one million dollars sites)
Paypal is in the middle and some of it goes there heh..)

for those who don't want to pay this 1$ it's alright just submit your tagline, and i will activated it, just tell your friends about it, no hard feelings :)
 
let's say for example by adding a title to links? or something? any suggestions would be great :)
 
The click doesn't go directly to the site, it goes through a php script first.

All of the links are coded that way. It's a great idea you got and I think lots of people should jump at it. A dollar is cheap, but it's not seo friendly. If you made it SEO friendly, you might have a real winner.
 
Can you check it now? does the onClick handler affect the link in anyway? I used a small ajax script to count the clicks :)
 
can you add something interactive? Like have people vote on really good tag lines? I love tag lines. I think this is a neat idea.

Also I think you should allow a space for people to either put their domain or the name of their site next to their tagline. Sometimes it just doesn't make any sense when you are looking at it by itself.

about the name and url i am not sure about that. The whole idea is to see a nice tagline and click on it. If e.g. my eye catches a well established url then i will click on the tagline.

hmmm maybe get it digged?...can you even get sites digged or does it just have to be content? (i don't know,i'm not a blogger)

but you may want to set up a blog anyway for content. There maybe a niche out there for taglines (I haven't searched so I don't know) if so, build some some silos/ keyword content blogging...then get it digged. (blondetm has a good post around here that was written a few days ago about silos but with the search button disabled i can't reference it goddamnit)

do the rss thing at the very least maybe other bloggers will find it and link up to your site if they find it cool.
