From what I know its no big deal if you take 1 cup of coffee a day but generally coffee is no good.
Anyway I like coffee and true pleasure is when I take some coffee in Italy - I think Italians got the best coffee on the planet

Yes.

I had coffee at an Italian highway rest stop that was godly.

As for the general question.
YES!

In fact, I have too much blood in my coffee circulation right now... Gitta change that.

They used to sell ephedrine at the gas stations in some states here. That shit was magic. I ate a bunch and drove from texas to ohio, visited family for a few hours, then drove to maryland and still had to take nitequil to fall asleep.

Nowadays you can't even buy more than 1 box of allergy medicine per month and have to show photo id and fill out a form to get it.

Mornings start with coffee, cannabis and water. All morning until about noon. Cannabis and water till bedtime.

The lady who gave my wife and I our colonic hydrotherapy back in 2013 said coffee is something you should buy organic because regular coffee uses lots of pesticides.

You can still get ephedrine in most states I think, same process, just have to go ask behind the counter. It's useful if you have asthma.

7% reduction in chance for diabeetus per 8 oz up to 24 oz/day. No discernible reduction after that amount and the side effects to the central nervous system from excess caffeine go up substantially around there. No few you of you are straight up diabeetus candidates so 3 cups and a 20% chance less you'll be shooting insulin twice a day for the rest of your life is a pretty good ROI imo.

Edited to find sources for you bro science faggots and it appears my data was off, there's studies showing diabetes reduction potential all the way up to 6-8 cups/day.

tl;dr version: if you're fat, immobile and eat a shitty diet, you should be pounding coffee.

I'm 100% on green tea at home/office but I love having espressos in cafes once in a while. The smell of coffee is kinda triggering a holiday mood in me.

oh look its the guy who googles everything

Oh look, it's the guy who.....shit, I got nothing. I did google all that after my dad was hospitalized and diagnosed with late onset adult Type 1 diabetes a couple years ago. I've seen first hand the impact of having to inject insulin 3+ times per day and having the genetic disposition for the same in my blood, I'll take every advantage I can find to prevent that. Carry on...
