Official 2014-2015 NFL Thread

In an effort to bolster struggling attendance numbers, depleted roster, and improve the fan experience, the Titans have been pulling guys out of the stands to suit up and play.

Secondary softer than Charmin and mediocre QBs. Next week we find out if we can still take a run at a first round playoff loss (can't see Eagles going on a run into the playoffs with the aforementioned Swiss-cheese secondary and 5/10 QB play) or if this is the reality check that Philadelphia Eagles fans get pretty much every season.

Hate losing to the fucking Cowboys.

NFC West is getting really interesting.

Arizona keeps winning these games they should lose, but then again, they have played the teams with the best records at home in Arizona.

Now, Stanton is out for a month and the Cards are down to their 3rd QB, Ryan Lindley, who has thrown 0 TDs and 7 INTs in his career. Good fucking luck with that going against the Hawk defense.

It's going to be fun to watch the LOB make him look stupid.

I strategically placed a really old tube TV in my basement that I could smash once the Eagles lost. I thought it would be in the playoffs. Well go fucking figure..I got an early Christmas present. Shanchez did what he does and fucking threw a pick on the winning drive. The guy we let go in the off season goes for 126, and the Fagboys win by some ridiculous score.

I'm mad.

Looks like the Hawks are playing at almost the level they are supposed too, the whole team was amazing tonight.

Yeah, Wilson to Willson was a thing of beauty tonight.

And Lynch's run against the Cards D was nearly as good as the BeastQuake.

I rooting for the Lions this year now that the Eagles are out. I don't care that Stafford has fucked me raw with my fantasy team. I'm all about underdogs now.

Yeah Stafford has been inconsistent, not sure if its him or the new O.C. We've got two first round pick TE's on the team and I can't remember the last time either of them did shit. The play calling is odd so I'm inclined to put it on Lombardi.

The good thing is you can't run on Detroit. They have the best run defence since the 2006 Steelers. They make every team completely one dimensional. And they don't lose at home, so if they can pull off a win in Lambeau then it's gonna be tough for anyone to beat the Lions in Detroit.

I have a feeling Packers are going to lose to Detroit, unless Rodger's brings his A game, which I doubt he will.
Packers favored at Lambeau with Rodgers starting is about the best bet in football, covering @ 90% of the time. GB currently favored over Lions by over a touchdown, up to 9 pts.

You should anticipating Rodgers A-game (the Lions certainly have to) and figure out Detroit's chances from there.

Personally, I wouldn't buck those stats against the spread. That said, at least Detroit can plan on overwhelming GB's defense. Should be a great game.
