Ok now this is fucked up. I bought a domain name, got 5 landing pages done and contact us, about us and privacy page done. Did keyword research and put up a campaign on the google. Guess what, 3 days later and another person got all my pages and changed the links with his affiliate link and basically stole my ad which was on google. Now he has been stealing a healthy campaign using my pages and ads. Is that ethical? or should I say is that allowed? What can I do? Can he old it? If he can do it that means I can just do the same to his other campaigns if any? right?

You can waste your time worrying about some loser copying you and you can also go through the entire google index while you're at it to make sure no one else copied anything else you've ever done.

You can move on. The moron who copied you is a lazy fuck and will not have his or her campaign running for very long as idiots like that have no clue how to run a successful campaign. They read some stupid ebook that said "copy everything" and can do that part, but cannot make a good campaign on their own. They'll disappear soon enough without you doing anything.

If he's copied your website verbatim, then I'd still send him and his host a DCMA style takedown. It costs nothing and it often works.
Otherwise, unless the campaign was making serious bank, I'd forget about it. Like Beejeebers says, people like this can't keep up when the market changes, which it always does.
