I'm having a hard time believing this tool is accurate. Some of my domains, sites I'm hardly doing anything with, are appraising at $250+.

Anybody have experience with this?

Exactly, the tool is just an estimate on a variety of factors, and the chances of you getting the price for your site based upon the tool is very low, the tool over exadurates on alot of things and doesn't focus on others like design.

Its only good for checing the innacurate backlink count and the domain ages.
