Here is a refi page that I would like to get your valuable feedback on. The last time i asked for an opinion you guys really beat me up -but it was all valuable advice that really helped.

here is the page: h**p://gr8refinance.com/?page_id=3

Let me know your thoughts. I tried to answer the following two questions:

-Clear and concise call to action
-answering "whats in it for me?"

Thanks,
Ptaffiliate

This one still needs lots of work.

- Take out that header area with your logo or at least make it very small so it doesn't push everything else down on the page. No one is going to give a shit about anything up there and it looks amateurish with that big stupid dollal sign.

- You still don't have a call to action above the fold. At the very least that graphic that says "do you want to save $400?" should be a link and bring you down on the page to where you iframed the offer. But I personally would do it differently. I would use more iframe less of your crap because once they finally do put the zip in code in on the bottom of the page it doesn't break the iframe and they have to fill out the entire form in the tiny frame. Make almost the whole page an iframe with your intro text on top and maybe a block of text all the way at the bottom if you are intent on using an iframe.

Just a few pointers but really it still needs a lot of work.

Thanks WayneDog. Maybe someday I can put a "Dog" behind my name too. it's kinda like being knighted over in england.

Seriously though, thanks for the good advice.

Whooh slow down there buddy... You still gotta quite a ways to go before you can get a dog on the end of your name. Get landing pages squared away first then worry about becoming a dog!

I hope you're joking.

Like Wayne dog said, you need to cut out everything that's currently above the fold, like this

Below the fold, I would put several paragraphs of keyword-rich info or some FAQs and answers. This gives you the opportunity to work your keywords into your page to up your quality score, just don't go overboard with the keywords.

After that, another call to action. Not the entire iframe again, but just the zip submit input field and submit button or possibly a link to take them back to the top of the page.

every single post of yours that i have seen has been unproductive and hypercritical. help the guy out if you are such a badass or else stfu.

blow me. i just looked at my post history and i noticed that i am extremely helpful to those intelligent enough to receive it. i looked at your post history and you're an off-topic boss. sweet.

This is why you are a fag and why you are acting like an '08 wickedfire noob. Flame the ebook peddlers and the ppc gurus like shoemoney and amit mehta, not the noobs who are putting in legitimate effort and asking for advice. Check out gumby's post above and follow suit instead of being a penis.

The landing page is actually not bad but you definetly need to put your action above the fold ie the zip. Maybe you can do a 2 column layout and work the zip to the right of the sales text.
