How to fix? Photoshop CS3 display wrong colors in workspace

Hi,

The colors seem off in the workspace. Then when I am exporting, it's quite different ( the real colors )

How do I fix this to show actual colors in the work space too?

Already googled and try to go thru options, no luck.

that's happening when you are choosing 'save for web' right?
