4467 Unique Hits and Only $50..Help Me Out.

Set up a site mid april got 4467 hits (unique) so far..very very targetted

(youtube video - targeted not just a sex one...and forum/blog posting)

Dont really want to show how the site works really but basically they complete offers

(6 simple offers 1 short form dating , 2 Zip , 2 Email , Ringtone) then they get a gift (targeted to the audience).

Im getting allot of completed leads for some offers but not others. wtf?

so there have to be quite a few people completing the offers.

But only $50 (roughly $1.5 a day)...Im ashamed. I thought this site would be a smash hit...traffic no problem so people are obviously interested but conversions just poor.

This is the first time ive tried building sites instead of direct ppc/cpa.

Can I get some suggestions please?...

Around April 15th I made a website.

Since then about 4500 unique vistors have came to the site.

My traffic came from mostly videos I made on you tube and a few spam posts on forums/blogs

I don't want to show the website in fear that someone will still my horrible idea

I am getting a lot (a lot is two words not one word with two L's) of leads but people are tired of completing the same thing over and over again.

Only $50 has been made, I am ashamed I like little boys. I thought it would be the smash hit of the summer................... I can get traffic like a guru. But no internet monies to show for it.

This is the first time I have tried to build a website. I mostly just direct link to offers using ppc.

Someone help me I am lost

btw I didn't know there were incent dating offers!?!?

First thing is you are not getting enough traffic. 4467 uniques per months is nothing! One of the best ways to see how to get traffic is to inspect websites that are getting tons of traffic. They don't have to be complicated, they could be very simple.

There are two websites that gets tons and tons of traffic as well as being very basic indeed. All the senior members of WickedFire could vouch for their traffic pulling technique. Learn from them!

Its hard to comment without more detail. So long as you are constantly testing new offers, new placements, you should be working your way up the monetization ladder, and increasing revenue. Its worth it to change things around even if it means sacrificing some profit in the short term, to learn what is optimal for your site.
 
You can't expect Youtube and blog post traffic to convert like PPC.

Sounds like you're incentivizing offers that most likely aren't allowed to be incentivized. This is a good way to not get paid.

If you're running an incentive site, find offers that require little effort/money on the user's part compared to the reward you're offering. People will signup for a $5 free trial in order to get a $20 gift certificate or whatever you're offering.
 
Actually I found out my problem. The offer page url was spelt incorrect since the 19th. so nobody could acess the offer page.
