You have an usual attitude as most other people have ! Having 8 posts on a forum doesn't mean that i am someone struggling to make money online or left my day job to make some adsense bucks. They have a good selection of stock photos with a very good, royalty free use licence attached to each one. Its free to use, and you can use the images in a commercial context. (their use licence: stock.xchng - site info )

Now I don't know what this guy is trying to sell or whatever, but I'll say it's totally not cool to diss an entire region or a culture because of the acts of one person. I don't know or care what he did, maybe spammed the forums, maybe not, maybe he tried to sell crap, maybe not, hell whatever it maybe - you have absolutely no class whatsoever to say stuff like that. If you wanted to diss him you could say something like, "Hey, you're a douchebag!" but that stuff you said is totally not cool and definitely lacks class.
That's like if someone from Canada or say USA comes and does something which pisses you off on this forum, you say something like "Hey get the fuck off you Canadian / American! All Americans / Canadians are pieces of shit! Those countries suck!". That's exactly how it sounds.
