Can someone help me get hooked up with NB?

I put an app in a couple of months ago ... missed their phone calls and now whenever I call and leave a message and no one ever gets a hold of me.

However I'm sure there's quite a few peeps that can get you in.

How does someone get a random person in? I know the networks like to do favors for the "big guys," but they don't even know the referral (in this case).
