Traffic Generation Methods (LIST)

hey everyone,

I know most people do not like to give this information out, but I thought it would be good to start a thread to list all the methods of traffic generation for affiliate marketing. This includes both source and method (how you go about getting the traffic)

If you don't want to give your info, simply don't reply. Since i'm a noob, here's my short list:

1. PPC Search
2. PPC Content
3. StumbleUpon
4. Organic SEO
 


PPC Search, PPC Content, "Attempted" Natural SEO, Facebook, and potentially Yahoo Answers soon.
 
I pray, and God has all of his angels visit my sites and buy stuff through my links.
 
Facebook has been dropping off recently - ROI isn't nearly as good as a few months back. For Yahoo Answers, I mean dropping links.

For me, I use article marketing. Works wonder for list building.
 
Look, you're crying on the wrong forum. turbo did actually give you helpful advice if you can read between the lines.

But, since you obviously can't, let me explain it to you.

It was a stupid question for a few reasons.

#1 We all know about the magnificent traffic sources you shared.

#2 No one is going to share their money making "sources and methods" if they have any that are outside the norm. If they were willing to, it definitely wouldn't be in response to this thread.

No one here is hostile if you ask specific and reasonable questions. Not "can you share your traffic sources and methods and your cpc and your ctr (green tea thread?)" or questions that have been answerd 318 times.

Do some more reading on the forum to get a better feel for the atmosphere, read the stickies and think before you ask a question.

I'm attempting to move away from single sites to developing networks of similarly themed sites

last time I checked paying people to tattoo your website on their body would be a way to get traffic.

If you want a less outrageous suggestion then you can just put a bumper sticker on your car.
