For the man who wants to make an extra six figures per year, Nerd Business is the fastest & easiest way to do it.

Dear WickedFire,

The best tech blog on the web will be NerdBusiness.com. And today I am selling the domain giving you the opportunity to take full ownership. Yet this is better than any other website sale you have ever seen. Because along with the domain name you, the winning bidder, will receive one full year of continued contribution from me, the original owner, guaranteed by contract (and with potential for a lifetime arrangement). This means get full ownership of NerdBusiness.com, it's established site and monthly revenue, one year of new & unique content PLUS the my wildly innovative strategy that is going to ensure Nerd Business reaches the level of performance I say it will.

The reason why I want to sell NerdBusiness.com to you is because I would like the extra capital to invest back into this project. That might be hard to grasp initially, so allow me to explain the method to my madness. I do web development professionally. This is my business and full time job. And having a strong client base pays well. However, it does take up the time needed to grow personal projects and my own intellectual properties such as NerdBusiness.com. The challenge I face when growing NerdBusiness by myself is that, unlike a client project, there is no funding for development. This in itself is a challenge, but it also presents another problem of making it hard to allocate and justify the time needed to create content and develop the site. As you'll find out, I believe that Nerd Business is a million dollar brand waiting to unfold. So a few nights ago, after many previous nights of tossing & turning thinking about ideas for Nerd Business, I finally discovered the breakthrough solution: find someone like you who can see the vision for NerdBusiness.com and give you 100% ownership along with 12 months of dedication. Thus generating the funding for my time needed on the project while providing you a guaranteed return on investment.

Included in your investment in Nerd Business, in addition to the domain name, is a one year contract which guarantees you upto 76 unique blog posts, 6 professionally written books, and an estimated revenue baseline of $8,400 per month by this time next year.

Each one of the 76 blog posts created for you will be created & tightly edited for maximum readership appeal.

Here are tentative titles for 9 of the 76 blog posts included:
  • 28 Firefox Search Plugins You Need
  • The Best Laptop, Bag, & Case Combination Ever
  • How to Invest In Real Gold & Silver
  • Music Player Showdown: for Nerds who Have Tons of Music
  • How to Achieve Crystal Clear Sound Quality with a Headphones Amp
  • How to Create Amazing Mathematical Art
  • The Ultimate Laptop & Desktop Synchronization Setup
  • How to Use Microsoft OneNote to Manage Projects & Clients
  • The Top 5 Economic Experts of Our Time
Yet Nerd Business is a brand, it's not just a website with articles. So in addition to your guaranteed blog posts, you'll receive upto 6 professionally written products. These high quality books can be purchased directly on your Nerd Business site via direct download (eBook) or with the option of having a hardcover copy ordered & ship direct to your customers.

Here are tentative titles for just 2 of the 6 products included:
  • The Blog Strategy Guide
  • How to Master Elance Outsourcing
Making this connection, to sell Nerd Business along with my 110% backing, is a breakthrough for both of us. I highly recommend you take advantage of this opportunity... and I'll give you an example of why. Do you know who Ray Krock is?

In the 1950's Richard and Mac McDonald sold their hamburger stand concept to a 51 year old salesman named Ray Krock. He partnered with the brothers, and within a few years they turned their small restaurant into a huge franchise that would later become a multi billion dollar corporation named McDonald's.

Ray Krok made the same connection that we are about to make today.

So now I'd like to personally personally introduce myself...

It's a shame for you not to make more money, when these blogs do it so easy..

Engadget, Lifehacker, TechCrunch, SitePoint & FreelanceSwitch are all examples of top blogs & brands on the web that Nerd Business will parallel.

Nerd Business is an established website with recurring revenue. You can read full details and supporting documentation at the SitePoint auction link below:

The Secret to Creating a Million Dollar Blog

Guaranteed Results or I'll Refund You 100% Anytime within 365 Days

If for any reason within 365 days you can honestly state that Nerd Business will not become the next Engadget or FreelanceSwitch or Lifehacker - you will receive a 100% refund. And if you do decide to ask for a refund there will be no questions asked or hard feelings on my part.

By the way...

As an added bonus I'll include another high potential Blog backed one year of dedication.

The top two video game blogs on the web are Kotaku & Joystiq. I've estimated the value of these blogs to be worth $2 million and $1 million respectively.

The number three most popular blog isn't Nintega. Yet that is the primary objective. Created by none other than the founder of Nerd Business, I have stated the bold prediction that:

"Nintega will be the web's 3rd most popular video game blog by mid 2011."

Your investment into Nerd Business just got better. It now includes a high potential game blog called Nintega

Included with Nintega is at least 20 content rich blog articles by next year, each tightly edited for maximum readership value.

By taking ownership of Nerd Business you'll immediately have two niche blogs in your blogging empire. Are you starting to see the million dollar vision unfold?

How to Get Started

You've studied my plan and you want to add Nerd Business & Nintega to the success you're already realizing on the web - or about to embark upon. Take ownership of the Nerd Business intellectual property, the domain name, Nintega, and one full year of dedicated site development & content contribution to put my ideas & strategies into action for you immediately.

I think that the Nerd Business investment is worth at least $150,000. Having an expert working for you around the clock, building you a million dollar intellectual property is an incomprehensible opportunity. But I have decided to offer it for a Buy it Now price of $48,000. And, for those of you who want to take the chance to get it for even less I'll start the bidding at $2,500.

Accepted payment methods: the best payment method is by wire transfer through Escrow.com to ensure a safe transaction for both parties.

How to buy Nerd Business
: the sale of Nerd Business is hosted on the SitePoint Marketplace. This is where you can choose to Buy It Now or Place your Bid. Choose one of the links below.

Sliding Scale Value

Because the bidding starts at only $2,500 and the final sale price will range as high as $48,000 I feel it is fair to offer maximum value for those who bid the highest.

A) Base Value (under $10,000):includes 12 quality blog articles, 1 professionally written book product, plus Nintega and a guaranteed monthly revenue baseline of $1400 per month by this time next year.

B) 2X the Value with any bid over $10,000: includes 24 quality blog articles, 2 professionally written book products, plus Nintega and a guaranteed monthly revenue baseline of $2800 per month by this time next year.

C) 3X the Value with any bid over $20,000: includes 36 quality blog articles, 3 professionally written book products, plus Nintega and a guaranteed monthly revenue baseline of $4200 per month by this time next year.

D) 4X the Value with any bid over $30,000: includes 48 quality blog articles, 4 professionally written book products, plus Nintega and a guaranteed monthly revenue baseline of $5600 per month by this time next year.

E) 6X the value for the Buy It Now price: $48,000 (Best Value)
Includes a whopping 72 quality blog articles (that's over 1 blog post every week), an impressive product lineup of 6 professionally written book products, plus Nintega and a guaranteed monthly revenue baseline of $8400 per month by this time next year: over $100,000 of annual value.

P.S. - if Nerd Business fails to perform exactly as promised you will receive a no questions asked, 100% money back refund. But I wanted to let you in on one more thing. If you do decide to ask for a refund, I want to give you even more than just your money back. I would want to help compensate you for your time and effort. That's why if at anytime you ask for a refund you can keep Nintega. That means whether it's 2 months, 6 months or 12 months from now and I've already created 20 content rich articles for Nintega I'll give you a refund and you can keep the entire site and all of it's existing content.

If you have any questions, please post them here on WickedFire.

Warmly,

Derrick Schwabe

Dude, you need to hit up some small time angel investors or uncle Mick for that kinda money. Most Wicked Fire members barely have $25 in free google adwords credit to invest. I admire your idea and brashness though.........bravo

If he's so sure it would succeed, why sell it? Doesn't make sense.

But the dude can write some ad copy. I'd think he really is better off keeping ownership and just writing his brains out.

What are the purchase terms then? If the blog doesn't make $8400/mo are you contractually obligated to return the money?

I'll toss you $50K if that's the case ;)

You got big bawls son.

But hey, you gotta try. You never know somebody may fall for that deal... err.. agree to that deal

Godd luck !

lol... who the fuck wrote that sales pitch in your video?

"Blah blah, collaboration, blah bullshit, blah once in a lifetime, blah blah I know big business words, blah blah, please fall for this, blah blah, I've already got my ticket to Mexico ready..."

Hello and thanks for your comments. I don't mind the flack.

Many people doubt that I can do what I do. They say things like "you can't grow a website to $8400 per month when all it's making right now is $300". But it's not me - it's a function of how little they demand out of themselves and their investment.

Ask yourself, is $8400 per month revenue so unbelievably hard to attain or is it a limitation of your own mindset?

A year from now the outcome will speak for itself - and I feel that by exceeding the Nerd Business projected performance goals this is going to make for a legendary case study.

What are the purchase terms then? If the blog doesn't make $8400/mo are you contractually obligated to return the money?

You are exactly correct. The contract can be downloaded at the SitePoint Marketplace as attachment "Document H: Contract for Guaranteed Revenue & 1 Year Content Contribution.pdf"

Otherwise, feel free to post any additional questions.

Absolutely nuts.

You do have some balls though. I'll give you that.

Contract smontract. Means nothing.

Here's a plan Sparky....

Go ahead and build the site up to where it's making that $8400 a month and then try to sell it.

Otherwise, take your magic beans and go home.

btw, I registered for this forum just to respond to your insane offer. So it was good for something.

I agree with this guy.

I clicked on your link. Have not read the full thing. The first thing I saw was $300 per month. Straight away i knew its a crap deal. No one sane would pay $50k for something paying $300. As a business person I go for something I can get now, not a promise of one years time earnings. If I go by your case of valuing a business, my business would be worth several million dollars and I am sure this would be the same for other members of wickfire also.

:sleep:waayyyyyyyy too much for me to read. is there a condensed version?

and you're a web developer? why is the site aligned to the right? that's really freaking annoying
