Pulling the plug due to poor ROI?

This is purely subjective since some people have much higher budgets than others. But I am curious what that $ threshold is for you.
 


$20 to $5,000, depends on the payout, size of the niche and the saturation of the niche. (The more saturated, the better and the higher my budget will be for the test campaign).
 
I think rule of thumb is twice the payout. So I have 100 ad groups for a $5 payout offer, I'll spend $10 per ad group before dropping the nonconverting ones.
 
it's hard to answer...
if you're losing money you can tweak the campaign (dropping keywords, raising bids on converting ones etc).
at this point if you still can get traffic you must be profiting, if not profiting but still getting traffic then drop other keywords, raise bids again

if this sounds logic at some point you're profiting or not getting traffic

I usually end up not getting traffic...WTF
